These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and XTCodeTech ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of our desktop apps, browser extensions, and websites — including SonicCaption (macOS), SonicMeet, DubTab, SonicTTS, BridgeScribe, EasyHighlight, and PDF Link Extractor (the "Services").

5. AI output
AI outputs may contain errors. Review them before relying on them for important decisions.
6. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Pricing and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Chrome Web Store purchases are governed by the platform's terms; refunds for direct purchases — contact [email protected].
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of Your Content; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Services for you.
8. Third-party services
We're not responsible for third-party services the Services interoperate with.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services anytime. We may suspend access for violations. IP, disclaimers, and liability limits survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability won't exceed amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

We may update the Services and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
