XTCodeTech ("we", "us", "our") builds AI-powered desktop apps, browser extensions, and web tools, including SonicCaption (macOS), SonicMeet, DubTab, SonicTTS, BridgeScribe, EasyHighlight, and PDF Link Extractor (together, the "Services").

- Audio, captions, transcripts — processed on-device when possible; otherwise sent over an encrypted connection and not retained beyond what's needed to return the result.
- Translation & dubbing — text/audio sent to translation models, not retained after delivery.
- Page content — extensions like EasyHighlight and PDF Link Extractor process page content locally in your browser.
2. How we use it
- Provide and operate the Services;

- Improve the Services using aggregated, non-personal data;

- Comply with legal obligations.
